seriousness of the allegations, i am going to set a cash bond.appearing by video monitor in adult court for the first time... 17-year-old javon vdillies bail was set at 10-thousand-dollars. it doesnt appear that the parental supervision is what one would hope for.according to the criminal complaint... dvillie and four friends burglarized four auto dealerships around racine county between july 4th and vehicles and one led police on a high speed chase. this was a smash and grab sort of break in. so they broke in through the showroom windows and took keys inside.dvillie is charged as party to a crime with four counts of burglary... 5 counts of felony theft... six counts of felony criminal damage to property... and two counts of attempted felony theft. deputy district attorney tricia hanson says it was important to
